This month HERMON Heritage has been celebrating its 10 years anniversary. We look back with great gratitude on a period in which we started many beautiful projects based on our passion for monuments. It is nice to think that with courage, creativity and a careful approach we have been able to restore and redevelop many monumental buildings and thereby giving a new future to these buildings. Our work has preserved important spatial quality in the cityscape and added new value. We are proud of our projects in Nijmegen such as the former Belgian Consulate, the former Printing Office (Stadsdrukkerij) and the former Bronze Foundry. But also Malt House Marigold (de Goudsbloem) in Schiedam, The Hollandia building in Vlaardingen, as well as many contributions to feasibility studies for other parties.
As we continue, there are many beautiful projects ahead of us. Such as the redevelopment of the Raadhuis aan de Drink (Town Hall) in Tegelen, a farm in Capelle aan den IJssel and many more beautiful projects… This year, we are looking forward to the investmentfund that we will be setting up together with the UBS bank. A fund that secures continuity for future projects, in order to continue to work on preserving and redeveloping heritage sites. So that current and future generations can continue to enjoy the beauty of our heritage and maintain the connection with our past.
We are anxiously looking forward to the next 10 years!
