May 7, 2026 - Construction work at Project Concordia is progressing smoothly and is well on schedule. A significant milestone has now been reached in the short-stay section of the building: virtually all interior walls have been installed. As a result, this part of the project is increasingly taking on its final form and layout.
Work on the electrical and mechanical installations is also in full swing and largely integrated into the new walls and spaces. This forms an important foundation for the subsequent finishing phase, in which the various components are increasingly coming together.
In the coming period, attention will gradually shift to the hotel section of the building. Work on the interior walls will start there shortly, allowing this part of Concordia to visibly take shape further. With this, the project takes another significant step towards the next phase of the repurposing.
