June 10, 2026 - Since the beginning of this year, we have been in talks with a new hotel operator for the Concordia project. This involves the fast-growing Belgian hotel company YUST, where Louis Claes d’Erckenteel is CEO. What makes YUST special is that—just like UCC—they possess a unique combination of experience in both traditional hospitality and short-stay accommodations. This makes them a good fit for the mixed character of Concordia.
Additionally, YUST has the ambition to operate the restaurant in Concordia itself, with its own head chef. This offers great opportunities to bring the building to life not only as a place to stay, but also as a lively meeting place.
