October 21, 2026 - Another step is being taken in the redevelopment of the former municipal offices at Raadhuis aan de Drink in Tegelen. The façade at the rear of the building is being removed to make way for a new façade, complete with balconies.
This work forms part of the transformation of the complex into a modern residential and care complex. The listed historic front building will be given a new purpose as a hospitality venue, while the rear building will accommodate residential and care facilities.
With respect for the existing building and a clear vision for the future, Raadhuis aan de Drink is being given a new lease of life. The redevelopment prepares the existing property for a new chapter, bringing together residential living, care and hospitality.
