January 10, 2023 - It looks like 2023 promises to be another exciting year for HERMON Heritage B.V. One of our new redevelopment projects will also become our new office location: the monumental Concordia building in Utrecht. Overhere we want to offer our visitors a warm welcome.
e Concordia building has a rich history. It was the headquarters of the insurance company Concordia. Among other things, this company took care of all the insurance policies of a variety of trade unions. Concordia is the Latin word for “agreement” and also meaning “harmony” and “unity”. This is also our wish for the future of HERMON in Utrecht: working in unity while putting our hearts into our projects, while also keeping an eye on each other.
As expected, the Concordia building is a (municipal) monument. We have experienced that it is crucial to get to know a monument and its surroundings thoroughly, to be able to successfully redevelop it. How can we do this better than to design an office in such a building ourselves? We are looking forward to welcome you in Utrecht!
