September 16, 2017 - HERMON Heritage proudly handed over the keys of the first seven completed studios in the former Hof van Xanten ( Lage Markt 20-32) to Stichting Veste on the 8th of September.
An indoor redesign has taken place within the existing structure of the building and three studios with mezzanine in the attic have been realised. A total of four two-room apartments have been realized as well on the first and second floors. On the ground floor, work is still in progress for the remaining nine studios.
The total project is expected to be completed at the beginning of November.
