HERMON Heritage is developing the central, monumental section into a hotel with 40 rooms and 88 short-stay apartments. These will be operated by Utrecht City Concepts. The flanking, non-monumental sections have been demolished by developer BPD to make way for new city houses and apartments.
The renovated Concordia building will offer high-quality hotel rooms, short-stay apartments, and a restaurant. Thanks to its central location in Utrecht, it will become a unique destination for tourists, expats, and business travelers – and a valuable addition to the city.
