‘Mouterij De Goudsbloem’ is certainly a unique piece of heritage, a characteristic building for the gin industry in Schiedam. Characteristic are the remaining drying facility, the coarse supporting structure and the closed facades. HERMON Erfgoed has started with the renovation of the malting plant into 34 short stay studios in the second half of 2017.
