’s–Gravenweg 325 (Capelle aan den IJssel)

The ‘Van Walsumhoeve’ is located on the age-old road the ‘s-Gravenweg in Capelle aan den IJssel. The history of this road stretches back to the Middle Ages. The area around the ‘s-Gravenweg has developed over hundreds of years, from a fen meadow landscape to an urban area in which historical elements remained. The farm is one of these preserved remains.
