December 21, 2021 - Recently, a lot of work has been done for the redevelopment of the former Townhall (Raadhuis aan de Drink) in Tegelen.
There has been further consultation with various municipal departments and the Safety Region. In addition, BIZ Tegelen has shared its ideas about the design of public space with us. The various parties involved are enthusiastic about the rezoning plans and the parties are largely on the same page. The works of art that are present in the monumental town hall will be included in the plans as much as possible. This will be done in consultation with the municipality.
At the same time, we are in talks with serious candidates for the exploitation of the hospitality function in the monumental part of the building, as well as for the care functions in the more recent extension at the rear of the monument.
We look forward to further realisation of the plans in 2022.
